Exercise and sleep
For me, if I exercise, I get exhausted but can't sleep. It's awful. When I go for super long runs early in the morning, I can't really fall asleep for 4-5 hours afterwards even though I can hardly move from being so tired. This is especially unhelpful when I exercise in the evening. Tonight, I went for a run and finished at 8:45pm. Well, I didn't really have much of a choice in selecting the time of my workout, but that's okay. However, it means that I'm still up at 10:30pm and not ready to sleep while my husband lays beside me snoring away. Ugh. Can you sleep immediately after exercising, or am I one of the odd ones that can't quite swing it? When I do sleep, I sleep like a dream - straight through the night, no waking up in the middle of the night for anything, and feel damn good in the morning. However, I'm not there yet. Guess I'll go do some school work for tomorrow.
