Cancelled

I got a call this afternoon from the head of my department at the community college informing me that my second of two classes I'm supposed to teach this semester has been cancelled.  Bummer.  I was looking forward to teaching this class (a continuation of my other one), but only 8 people signed up for it.  Apparently 15 were needed to have the class go.  DARN.  However, my beginning class is a go, so I get to deal with beginners again this semester.  *sigh*  Somedays it's so frustrating dealing with a room full of adults that have no clue what they are doing.  Exhausting too!  I guess I should just be happy that I still have something to do while other instructors are getting their entire loads cancelled.  Still...disappointed.  I guess there's always next semester.
