This morning, at 5:30am, L hopped into bed with the husband and I. Um, okay? Why so early? Then she proceeded to kick me for 20 minutes until I finally left and went to her bed. When E got up at 6:30am, the girls raised such a commotion about not being able to climb into bed with me, I gave up being in L's room and went back to my room. Forget running, I need sleep! Both girls were up on and off all night, plus I was overheating while trying to sleep, so my sleep was awful. Slept until 8:30am once the girls went downstairs, and then napped during the day too. My great intentions of running 7-9 miles this morning went down the tubes. Feeling pretty shabby about it, I took the girls (in the jogging stroller) and Belle on a 1.5 mile speed walk around the neighborhood. That was great! Now if only Belle would stay on the left side of the stroller. Grr.
So, to summarize: I'm tired (still), I didn't run today (should have), and I hate early wake-up calls.
