No school for you!

L was up most of the night crying, whining, having fever dreams, and just being miserable, so I didn't take her to preschool today.  For anyone counting, that's four classes in a row she's missed (two weeks).  UGH!  Plus, today was the last day to turn in registration for current students for this fall before they opened up admissions to anyone.  I took the girls to turn in the registration and go say hi to L's teacher, but her teacher wasn't there and the kids were in other classes because of that.  Yuck.  Luckily, I ran into L's friend B and his mom, and we talked for a bit.  L's teacher is leaving after next week as she and her family are moving to Sahuarita.  Oh no!  I really hope they keep the kids together and find another teacher to finish out the school year as opposed to putting them in different classes (dividing them up).  I may have to call the school director and ask what her plans are.

Then, it was off for a run since I haven't done one in a few days.  I must be half asleep these days - I started my run with the girls at the top of a big hill.  I didn't think about the fact that at the end of the run, I'd have to go back up that hill.  Ugh, I didn't make it, I had to walk at the end!  At least the girls had fun seeing a new location, and I like taking them to new places to keep them interested.

If L is still like this tomorrow, I'll have to take her to the doctor.  Poor kid, I wish I could figure out what's going on with her.
