I'm not a person that does pilates/yoga/that kind of stuff on a regular basis. However, awhile back, I picked up a Winsor pilates DVD to use for some ab/back strength training. I decided to do it last night to start getting back into working out after my back problems/nausea week. WOW. I just...I'd forgotten how tough it is! I have almost zero balance, so it was comical to me that I kept falling over. However, it did dawn on me that this DVD was easier to do now than about three months ago because I felt more in shape. I could actually attempt the "normal" stuff instead of doing the easier mode. And the people doing it on the DVD? I'd kill for their figures - even the guy's! Also, it's kind of fun. Maybe I'll look for another pilates DVD to pick up at Bookmans, or see about a class at the YMCA. You should try it if you haven't before!
