Funny little girls (and baking)

The girls have specific requests now for me to make certain things.  They've fallen in love with banana bread, raspberry buckle (think raspberry coffee cake), and cookies of any sort.  I'm more than happy to oblige, as I can control the ingredients (and sneak stuff in!) for their consumption.  However, the best part is that they insist on helping me.  E will carry around my measuring cups and spoons, while L will pour in ingredients, mix, and comment on everything as I go.  Of course, at the end, they are extremely happy to eat the fruits of our labor!  It makes me happy to be able to make them things to enjoy, and I love watching them try to help out.  I'm happy and grateful everyday that I get to stay home and watch them grow, even if they drive me up the walls most of the days.  ;)
