I've never done yoga before, and the husband introduced me to the fact that we have a little introductory yoga thing on the Wii Fit. We broke it out over the weekend and I really like it - I feel stretched, open, and energized! The
girl love it too, and now ask me "you do yoga now?" so that they can join in. It's great. E, however, pretty much insists on doing everything without clothes on, so now we have: naked yoga.
