Migraine - the aftermath

Apparently, all I needed to get rid of my migraine was not sleep, darkness, quiet, or pain meds - it was a freaking run.  After my run with the girls this morning, I felt perfect.  What the heck?!?  I'll take it though!  I've been feeling it try to creep in all day again but it's stayed at bay (mostly).  I guess I'll be running again tomorrow to get rid of this pain too.  :p

  1. Exercise does not help my migraines, but it DEFINITELY help my run of the mill headaches. Those endorphin's, can't beat 'em!
