Speaking with E
E is much more of a talker at this age than L was. At this point in life, L was still just saying a few words and nodding/shaking her head for what she wanted. I think she still may have had her nodding and shaking backwards too. E, on the other hand, is verbose. She can say words for most everything and uses those words often. Lately, it's been asking for food. "Apple? Peeeeeach? Snack! Whysh? (rice) Moo? (milk)" I've even heard her say "yohg" (yogurt) and "fuut!" (fruit) as well. She's a champion at saying NO, but I think she's finally found her own way of saying yes. E won't say yes, but if I ask her a question and she wants to respond in the affirmative, she responds with cute "uhn!" sound. She can even put a few two-word sentences together, like "moh please" (more please), "uhn, please!" (yes please), and "no, Daddy!" It makes me wonder when her speech explosion is going to come - L's was at 2 years 5 months.
