Mommy moments

L came home from school today with two things.  The first was a family tree.  Not only did it list Mommy, Daddy, E, and herself, it also listed the pets, Grandpa, and Ng-Ng.  It was so touching to see that she thought of her grandparents as a part of her nuclear family.  I bet her teacher thinks that Grandpa and Ng-Ng live with us, lol!

The second was a book of L's Favorite Things.  On the inside, I found this.  I will admit it brought happy tears to my eyes:

I really hope the giant rabbit-like drawing was just a drawing and not meant to resemble me.
